About Me
Growing up I’ve always been active and played many sports. Playing was living! I believed that the ability to play freely without limitations is one of the biggest blessings in life. However, things didn’t always stay that way.
In my late teens I started strength training. YouTube and friends in the gym were my coaches. Results came quickly, but injuries soon followed. Not only did I stop training, my work was also affected. I did not want to quit what I enjoyed so much, so I started searching for better ways to train.
My path of self improvement had also led me to helping others achieve their physical goals…
In 2011, I found King Sports International (KSI), the world's pioneer in training elite athletes for more than 40 years, as well as providing practical based coaching development. This education has equipped me with the tools to not only help my clients succeed physically, but also for them to live more fulfilled lives.
Fast forward to today - I have served clients from both the general and athletic populations. Every body is different, so I collaborate with my clients to find out the best way to serve their bodies.
With the on-going KSI education as a high level coach (there's only a handful of us around the world), I look forward to helping you fulfill your physical potential without injuries!
